Regulatory Changes
The revised legislation replaces the previous age requirement, restricting gaming floor access exclusively to adults over twenty-one. Venue management must now verify visitor age before granting entry.Licensing authorities have simultaneously implemented a compliance surcharge. Establishments that fail to submit license fees by the designated deadline will incur an 18 percent penalty on the outstanding balance.
